Hi there!

I'm Virginia, a Holistic Hormone Coach living in Raleigh NC, with my husband, Conner. I love Jesus, tacos, and cold weather. I'm so glad you're here and I can't wait to get to know you!

A little insight on me: I struggled with chronic illness for 12 years. After countless doctors, the only solution I was given was prescription medication along with an, "I'm sorry, but your tests look fine, I don't know how to help you." In my early 20's, with no hope of a thriving future, I was taking 21 pills a day to manage my symptoms and I was on disability in college. I was fed up with feeling so sick and I knew there had to be a better way.

So I set out on my own journey to learn holistic, back-to-the-basics kinda health and figure out how I could heal in a simple and sustainable way. After my life transformed and my body healed, I decided I wanted, and needed, to show others how to do the same.

 

I graduated with honors from Liberty University with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences. I then enrolled at Bastyr University Naturopathic Medical School in Kenmore, WA. My goal quickly shifted from being a doctor to a becoming a health coach, so I could better educate and empower women to be the pioneer of their own health. Now, I am a certified Holistic Hormone Coach, working with women to transform their lives so they can cultivate an environment and life of sustainable health.

My Approach

Your body has an innate ability to heal itself. It is always working to achieve a state of balance. When we give our bodies the environment it needs to heal, well, it does!

 

Our symptoms act as alarm signals, alerting us when something is out of balance. When we listen to our bodies and take note of our symptoms, we become our own best health advocate. No one knows your body like you do!

I come alongside you to evaluate, understand, and adjust your lifestyle and environment, so your body has the space to heal. I go back to the basics and believe in nourishment over dieting; gentle exercise over HIIT workouts; and nutrient dense food over supplements.
